ORDER PREPARATION

All prints are of high-quality resolution using Kodak Professional Endura paper (no fading for over 100 years) and developed at a printing lab well-respected by many photograhers. All ordered prints include my signature using metallic ink along with a label containing my personal information.

MATTING OPTION

Optionally, you may add matting to your order. In this case, your print(s) will be mounted and double matted using only acid-free and archival-quality materials. All matting is a standard white color. For your convenience, all matting is designed to fit standard sized frames available at your local store. The following are the typical matting dimensions:

GIFT ORDER SERVICE

Purchasing a print as a gift for someone? I will send a personal note with what you'd like said for that individual with the print, free of charge. You may request this service by e-mailing me or in the optional message section through Paypal.

PAYMENT

All pricing as listed are in US dollars. I accept all major credit cards and e-checks through Paypal, a secure site for online transactions. I have a Verified Premier Account with Paypal. If you are not comfortable with online payment, I also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Please contact me for payment mailing address and invoice. I will treat all received information with confidentiality and respect. I will never share your information with a third party.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For all orders within the United States, USPS Priority Mail is the primary method of shipment along with delivery confirmation. The shipping rate is associated with your total order price:

I offer FREE shipping for all orders of $100.00 or more.

Please allow 5 to 12 business days for print(s) to arrive. Other shipment methods can be arranged upon request.

For all international orders, USPS Global Priority Mail is the standard method of shipment.
Contact me if you are placing an international order, and I will send you a Paypal invoice with the accurate shipping rate.

LOCAL ORDERS

If you live near the city of Bridgewater, Massachusetts and would like to pick your order up (no shipping cost), you have two options:

1) If you are paying via Paypal, send me an e-mail with your order request. I will respond via e-mail with a Paypal invoice. Upon payment, we can arrange a pickup time.

2) For money order, cashier's check payment, or cash, e-mail me with your order request, and I will respond via e-mail with an electronic invoice and arrange a pickup time. Payment is due at time of pickup.

GUARANTEE OF PURCHASE

I make every effort to provide photographs without defect. If you receive the wrong order or a damaged order, simply return your order and I will re-send your order or offer you a full refund. Orders returned for any other reason (in undamaged condition) within 14 days will be refunded at the purchase price minus shipping. Please contact me before returning your order for important return instructions.
